Crafting entertaining, often funny pop-punk, Ex-Boyfriends manage to play song after song about romance gone wrong without ever becoming repetitive or predictable. Terse, clever lyrics almost all pertain to the topic of heartbreak, but still manage to bring forth laugh after laugh.
