Our handcrafted sweet curry powder begins with a blend of coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, and cumin - the base spices to create that familiar, but delectable aroma of curry. Then the warming spices are slowly mixed in - cinnamon for its sweetness; ginger for those spicy, lemony notes; fennel to add an element of freshness; and clove for that heavenly, rich fragrance. As the flavors combine and harmonize, we finally add in few hints of spiciness with dashes of Kashmiri chili and black pepper. Our Sri Lankan Curry Powder is a rich, mildly spicy blend of fenugreek, black mustard, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, curry leaves, and many other popular spices commonly used in preparing Sri Lankan dishes. Our Garam Masala is a hearty blend of rich, sweet, smoky, vivid flavors that includes black & green cardamom, ground bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger, cumin, and coriander.
