Did you think that moose don"t climb on cars in Maine? Think again. I know of two cases where it happened. Moose are very big, dumb, and curious. They are interested in warm, throbbing motors and will follow a car as it backs up for a long ways. The other stories in this book are true, too. They were told to me by people I trust, and some of them I witnessed myself. Only the bear story is not about Maine. I hope you like reading about the things animals do in Maine.
