The New York City Marketplace Survey covers over 1,400 purveyors or baked goods, candy, caviar, cheese, coffee and tea, cookware, ethnic food, fish, flowers, food specialty items, health food, herbs and spices, ice cream and yogurt, meat and poultry, prepared foods, produce and wine plus top caterers, restaurant delivery services and cooking schools in the New York area. More than 3,000 people participated in the survey that underlies this guide. The information is gathered utilizing extensive questionnaires reflecting the opinions of thousands people.
