The video package for Module 4, "Understanding Systems", consists of a demonstration video, showcasing all five videos that are part of the Skills@Work series. The main video introduces key, text concepts as well as demonstrates real people using the skills covered in the learner guide (ISBN 0-538-69001-1). Each video segment includes full motion documentaries, as well as follow-up discussion questions that assist users in retaining pertinent information. In "Understanding Systems", users will meet and job shadow employees from Treadway Motor Sports and Roberts Express to learn how organizational systems, computer systems and performance systems function in the workplace.
