This text contains documents which were published in "Light", the journal of the College of Psychic Studies, in 1978, and have been out of print for a number of years. Telepathic transmissions were received from unknown men in Russia, who appear to be prisoners of conscience, possibly scientists, encarcerated underground, semi-starved and deprived of all physical support. In their extremity they prayed, and a light appeared.
