Original Permalba White has been relied on by artists for superior quality and permanence since 1921. It is acid and alkasis resistant and ranks highest among the most opaque pigments with greater covering power. The smooth buttery consistency dries to an elastic film that has no tendency to crack. Professional Permalba Artist Oil Colors are made from densely concentrated pigments, and formulated with refined linseed and safflower oils which minimize after yellowing and promote maximum film flexibility. With the exclusion of the iridescent colors which are not yet rated, the entire Permalba is rated as ASTM Lightfastness I. Traditional pigments with low lightfastness have been replaced with contemporary alternatives, giving the artist the same traditional hues so richly prized but with superior color retention. Odorless Turpenoid has been artists" favorite turpentine substitute for over 50 years. An odorless, very volatile, thin, colorless turpentine substitute with the highest PEL (permissible exposure limit) in the art industry. Turpenoid is by far the safest turpentine substitute made and has five times the PEL of actual turpentine. No other product is as refined or truly comparable, for that matter. Can be used as painting vehicle either alone or in mediums. Turpenoid is also excellent as a solvent or paint brush cleaner.
