This package contains two 150ml tubes of Original Permalba White and one 150ml tube of Original Permalba Black. Original Permalba White has been relied on by artists for superior quality and permanence since 1921. It is acid and alkasis resistant and ranks highest among the most opaque pigments with greater covering power. The smooth buttery consistency dries to an elastic film that has no tendency to crack. Original Permalba Black is a unique blend of organic and inorganic blacks and other pigments. The blackest black results in single stroke coverage. Professional Permalba Artist Oil Colors are made from densely concentrated pigments, and formulated with refined linseed and safflower oils which minimize after yellowing and promote maximum film flexibility. With the exclusion of the iridescent colors which are not yet rated, the entire Permalba is rated as ASTM Lightfastness I. Traditional pigments with low lightfastness have been replaced with contemporary alternatives, giving the artist the same traditional hues so richly prized but with superior color retention.
