It creates fast sector-by-sector copied s that include partition and boot sector information, resulting in perfect clones and backups. Unlike other dock duplicators, this unit offers 3 Aleratec sanitization algorithms: a one-pass overwrite, a three-pass overwrite and a DoD 7-pass overwrite which carries our Certified Sanitization badge, only given to algorithms proven forensically unrecoverable by a third-party expert in data recovery, as well as Secure Erase sanitization for the Source HDD bay.
