The TABRMTRI heavy-duty tripod mount is part of Arkon’s Robust Mount Series. This mount includes a Robust Series Mounting Pedestal, tripod bolt adapter, and Slim-Grip Universal Tablet Holder. The Slim-Grip tablet holder features a spring-loaded design that makes it easy to insert or remove the tablet by pushing down on the lower legs of the holder with one hand. Included with the holder are 8 support legs (4 short and 4 longer versions) that work with the spring-loaded holder to accommodate various size tablets. These support legs are inserted onto the top and bottom of the holder and can be adjusted to keep any side buttons and ports unobstructed. For most tablets, the best headrest mount holder configuration is to attach 2 short support legs on top and the 2 longer support legs on the bottom of the holder. For smaller tablets, use all 4 short support legs on the holder. For larger tablets such as iPad Pro, use all 4 long support legs and mount iPad Pro horizontally. For vertical viewing, adjust the 360° swivel. The tough, low vibration pedestal measures 6.5 inches high and is made of plastic and glass fiber. The pedestal swivels on both the top and the bottom, providing flexibility in positioning the tablet at any angle.
