The unserialized media kit is for users who have already acquired software products from an Autodesk Authorized Reseller, have a product serial number, and want physical media in addition to their digital software download. The unserialized media kit only contains software, not the Autodesk license to use it. Without the Autodesk license, an end user may not use or install the media kit software and any such use will be unauthorized. Such unauthorized use of the media kit software may also result in limited access and only continue for a brief period.
