Customers can utilize high-speed RAID configurations for media editing then immediately archive assets to an LTO tape drive, all from a single Thunderbolt connection! The Built-in hardware RAID controller supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 & JBOD, and delivers the superior performance & protection demanded by 4K media applications. The dual external Mini-SAS ports can support any industry standard SAS and eSATA storage enclosure; they directly support up to 8 SAS/SATA HDD/SSD, up to 20 via SATA Port Multiplier, & up to 128 via SAS Expander. The RocketStor 6328 can support RAID arrays created with any Highpoint RAID controller and supports Mac OS X RAID arrays created with Disk Utility. Customers can easily upgrade their current storage devices or internal hard disks to support Thunderbolt platforms.
