Flash point (tcc): none. Shelf life: 1 year minimum. Directions for use: for best results, strip old finish using Z-Tread Heavy-Duty Floor Stripper. Rinse thoroughly and allow floor to dry completely. If sealer is desired or required, apply two coats of appropriate sealer followed by 3 thin coats of Z-Tread Universal Floor Finish. If sealer is not utilized, apply 4-5 coats of finish depending upon desired appearance. Floor finish is maintained by frequent dust mopping and daily damp mopping with Z-Tread Neutral Floor Cleaner. Keep floor free of contaminants. For best results, burnish weekly with a high speed burnisher (1500-3000 rpm) fitted with a hog"s hair, natural, or beige pad. Finish may also be maintained by spray buffing utilizing a low speed machine fitted with a red pad. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Avoid breathing vapors, spray or mists. Do not ingest. Do not reuse container. Wash thoroughly after handling. 4 Gallons capacity.
