The Bower 46mm Center Spot Filter is a heavy diffusion filter with a clear circular center spot. Surrounding this clear "spot" is a ring of diffusion glass used to minimize distracting background detail. The degree of diffusion is controlled by the lens opening - the larger the opening, the greater the effect.
