Martial Arts Anthropology, Participants" Motivation and Behaviours: Martial Arts in Changshu: Participants" Motivation, Practice times and Health Behaviors

This book is about the definitions, ideas, theories, and anthropology, and values of martial arts. Specifically, this is a study project of martial arts anthropology and participants’ motivation and health relate behaviors. The findings were included in four unique themes: martial arts students" "Practice-times’, ‘Motivation Factors’, ‘Health Relate Behaviors’, and ‘Risk and Hygiene Behaviors’. Among these themes, some factors (e.g., ‘Motivation Factors’, ‘Practice-times’, and ‘Risk Behaviors’) were administrated very well; while other factors (e.g., ‘Hygiene’, ‘Nutrition’, and ‘Fitness’) were not administrated well and need to be improved. The findings and discussions provided ideas for the professionals who want to improve their instruction, administration and management better.
