The relationship that exists between economic inequalities and political conflict is not a simple and straight forward one but is a subject of great deal of debate and discussion. The present work examines the nexus between the two variables on the basis of review of available literature that enables one to build up the theoretical perspective.The work has identified the various economic determinants of political conflict and also has studied the outcome of political conflict that occur in a society.
