This is the first publication of the archives of Vladimir Nikolaevich Rikhter (1880-1932). This collection of documents is unique because it came to us through these 70 deadly years completely preserved by the mother, wife, daughter, and granddaughter of Rikhter. Son of " independent navigator", grandson of the head of the Odessa police, a young person with an excellent education, he became a member of the Central Committee of Socialists-Revolutionaries (EsErs) and a member of Uchreditel"noe Sobranie. Rikhter was accused of the attempted assassination of Lenin in 1918, sentenced in 1923 and died of typhus in exile in Kazakhstan in 1932. The documents included cover his youth, education and emigration period, his activities during the February and October revolutions of 1917, prison and exile. Also included are documents from Russian state archives about him for 1921-1998 and literary works of V.N. Rikhter. Comments, name index.
