Gazer Monitor is designed to display video from backup camera Gazer CC-series, dash cam Gazer H714 or other DVR"s, GPS, DVD etc. If the monitor connects to backup camera it"s automatically turns on when driving in reverse and shows the image from camera. You can also connect Gazer car monitor to Gazer H714 to watch the video from dash cam in real time inside your car. The main advantage of monitor is its compact thin body with dimensions of only 2.6x0.5x2.1 inch. It will not require much space in the car and will not distract the driver"s attention or close the view. At the same time, display of 2.5 inch is enough to control the situation behind the vehicle. 2 types of mounts included. 3M mount allows to place monitor on any surface, including the central console, paneling or windshield silkscreen. Vacuum mount allows to install the monitor on the windshield in convenient for the driver location. Monitor can be used without any mounts, but just with 3M scotch putting directly on the back of the monitor. This allows to fix monitor as compact as possible by placing it on the central console or even on the sun visor. Monitor has 1 composite video input with RCA connector and 1 DC 12/24V power supply connector. It supports PAL/NTSC video signals and automatically determines the standard of incoming video signal. When monitor is used with Gazer backup camera, the monitor power connection is made via the switching and control unit included in any Gazer backup camera.
