CFG’s sun dried tomato is one of the most commonly used ingredients. They are moist, soft and ready to eat. CFG tomatoes are harvested in turkey in late summer. This fresh product is handpicked from our fields, washed, cut in half or preferably sliced in julienne cut, placed under the hot sun for drying. Our sun dried tomatoes are available with or without the natural preservatives (sulfur or salt).
