A sweet onion with a hint of habanero that is easy on the palate and easy on the stomach. During our testing we found folks that said they couldn"t eat onions as they upset their stomach. Guess what, those same folks tried and came back for more. These onions are easy on stomachs also.It"s just too hard to describe the flavor these impart to a sandwich, salad, or just by themselves.
