Similar to oregano in flavor, Marjoram is sweet and subtle. Very aromatic, the leaves will aromatize and flavor any dish easily. Ours is imported from Egypt, from the Nile River Valley. Use it with meats, lamb and poultry, and to add flavor to sauces, soups, and stews.
