The variety of pears is the Williams (Bartlett pear) from Emilia Romagna region, juicy, with Muscat aroma and sweet-sour taste. As all the other varieties, fiordifrutta pear is prepared at room temperature, in order to keep intact all the nutritional properties of the fruit used in our recipes.
