~Cardamom The spice made from the seed pods of various plants in the ginger family. Cardamom has a strong, pungent flavour and aroma, with hints of lemon, mint and smoke. This spice can be used in cakes, coffee, fruit dishes, and meat dishes and is a common ingredient in Garam masala. ~Who we are? What we are doing? Chloris Organic Spices is a product of Diana Far Away Exports. We source our spices from a registered charitable society and a secular voluntary organization consisting of tribal, women, small and marginal farmers in the southern part of India. We support them by recognizing their certified organic products globally and March towards "Global Sustainability through Organic Farming".
