Taylors of Harrogate and Kew have teamed up to create this lovely green tea - using Chinese Sencha, one of the world"s most prized varieties of green tea. The gently steamed tea shoots have a light and fresh flavour, with no bitterness and plenty of goodness. Sencha is made in a uniquely gentle way. The tender tea shoots are plucked, steamed for two minutes, then rolled softly and steam-dried - preserving their goodness, and keeping the flavour tight and fresh with no bitterness.
