The two sharp, stainless-steel blades are positioned either side of the peeling unit and are safely hidden inside until required. To use, simply grip either of the rubberized ends and gently pull to reveal the required blade-either standard or julienne. Rotate the rubber end and slide back into the unit to lock before use.
