Directions for use: Take 1 sachet, 3 times a day immediately after meals. The sachets are ready-to-use; pour the contents of the sachet directly into your mouth. Do not pour the sachet contents into a drink before consuming. Do not exceed 3 sachets daily. As with any high fibre diet is essential to consume plenty of water throughout the day.
