This book is a part of the movement in Russian society which may be called "Back to Stalin!". This is a collection of Stalin"s articles and speeches of the post-Lenin period. Most of them have not been included in Stalin"s collected work. This collection was prepared by Richard Kosolapov, a CPSU ideologue and an editor of Stalin"s collected works. He provided extended comments to published works as well as his own interpretation of the current Russian political reality (pp. 302-509).
