The Central focus and trajectory of this study is to present the career aspirations of visually challenged and the venues open to them to realize their ambitions in leading a normal and happy life on par with other members of the society. The researcher explored and critically studied not only the hopes and aspirations but also the new vistas open to them in this era of globalization where any disability will not and should not become a barrier to lead a normal life.
