Instructions: Use only and exclusively in the microwave for no longer than 1 minute! Remove the inner cushion from the housing and place it in the microwave (don"t ever heat the outer casing). Make sure the plate is clean and free from obstructions to turn freely. Place half glass of water in the microwave to facilitate rehydration. Remove the glass with caution because it may be very hot. During heating it is important that the product is heated uniformly without any impediment. Be sure, paying due attention, the actual temperature of the heat pad before removing from the oven, because it could be very hot. A heating completed, test the temperature of the wrists or elbows. Do not overheat the product or beyond the limits of time recommended. In case of overheating, allow the product to cool down by exposing it to room temperature. Always and only start the heating process with the product at room temperature. Return to heat in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time by turning the object and place it in the microwave above under careful not to exceed the recommended time of heating.
