Juston C. Pate has held senior-level administrative positions working in the public school system, state government, and higher education. He earned his Ph.D. in Higher Educational Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville. He has taught college courses in leadership development and facilitated leadership programs at many state and national conferences. Juston is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and adventure sports. He and his wife, Jena, live with their daughter, Caroline, in Kentucky.
