The fabulous statue, the Golden Dachshund, has been stolen. The exiled King and Queen of Stanislavia had lent it to a museum in New York. Tim is the only one who knows who the thieves are and he sets off in pursuit of them. The chase escalates, and he finds himself cycling frantically through the streets of New York after a hot dog van with only his courageous little dog for back up!
