The IW540 in-wall speaker is our most popular in the 5.25-Inch category. The main difference between the IW540 and its cousin the IW530 is the material of the woofer cone. The carbon-filled polypropylene woofer has a woven texture which makes the cone sturdier. Although the differences are subtle, the frequency range is enhanced, particularly in the low end.
