The LoopHEAR 101 portable induction loop comes as an all in one unit. It can be used in a fixed environment in say, banks or ticket offices or by carrying the unit around by someone who has hearing difficulties. This unit comprises mainly of an induction loop inside the case and a built in microphone. Also inside the case is the rechargeable battery. This battery is easily accessible for first time installation or removal / swap out once the battery has come to the end of its working life. Attached to the case is an easily installed hand held listener with curly cord that is used by the hearer to listen to the conversation being amplified. This is an optional extra should the person not be wearing a hearing aid or having a hearing aid that does not have the T option.By default, when the LH101? is active, all the person with the hearing aid has to do is turn their hearing aid to the T position and the induction loop will transmit the signal to their hearing aid enabling a conversation to be had. Additionally an external microphone is supplied, to be used primarily when the LH101? is fixed permanently in a booking hall/ticket office environment for the staff member to use.What comes in the box?
