The Maverick WS-1000 Weather Station automatically sets its clock to the radio signal from the U.S. atomic clock in Colorado, ensuring accurate time. The time format is user-selectable for 12-hour with AM or PM, or for 24-hour military-style timekeeping. A single daily alarm beeps for 1 minute and can be set with or without the 5-minute snooze function active. Indoor and outdoor temperatures and relative humidity are simultaneously displayed on main station. Outdoor temperature or outdoor humidity can be displayed on the remote sensor, or the display can be set to alternate between temperature and humidity. The WS-1000 also provides a 6-hour weather forecast, and rainfall totals for previous day, week, month, and season can also be displayed digitally.
