This is the newest ECS Mini-ITX motherboard, the KBN-I/D5200. It utilizes the new Kabini quad-core SoC (System on Chip). This integrates an AMD A6-5200 Quad Core APU with the Radeon HD 8400 graphics and DirectX 11 support. The central processing unit runs at a speed of 2.0 GHz, with a low TDP of 25W. The motherboard also features two DDR3-1600 slots, as well as one PCIe x16 slot, two SATA3 slots, and two Mini-PCIe slots (one full and one half length slot). External connectivity is handled by a legacy PS/2 port, a serial port, four USB 2.0 ports, two USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI port, a VGA port, Gigabit Ethernet and 6 channel HD audio support. With all this and included features like full Electrostatic Discharge Protection, HD Video playback and full Windows 8 support, the KBN-I is a great choice for affordable but capable small form factor systems.
