The MeFOTO Red Compass Knob is included with the WalkAbout monopod, and is sold here as a spare or replacement part. It screws into the top plate and acts as a knob, allowing you to use the monopod as a walking stick. A compass in the knob helps you find your way should you get lost while on a hike.
