This is how it works: Rinse the carafe with warm water. Put the coffee filter with the filter bag on the warm carafe. Check on the bag of the filter if the imprints are dejected, in order to ensure that the bag is perfectly set. Use filter bags made of paper with size 4. Put the coffee on the filter bag (approx. 7,5 grams per cup), and add boiling water (approx. 95 degrees hot water). Wait 1 minute before repeating the process. The coffee will swell, rest and release the typical hand brewed coffee flavour.
