Contains 7ml water based pigment. Perfect for adding hand-drawn designs on your manicures or pedicures. *INSTRUCTIONS*: (1) Prep your nails with a nail polish of your choice and let dry completely. (2) Pick your pen and shake, with cap on, to warm up pigment. (3) Press pen tip onto a hard surface and let pigment pool into the tip.
