This Pamphlet contains the text of the Texas Probate Code, enacted by Acts 1955, 54th Leg., p. 88. Ch. 55, as amended through the 2001 Regular Session of the 77th Legislature. The analyses of these headings in the Table of Contents and at the beginning of each chapter, coupled with an editorially prepared Index, provide a quick and easy means of finding a particular provision of the Code.
