A LOST WORLD, LOST RACE ADVENTURE IN THE GRAND TRADITION When cave explorers Darby, Woody, and Amber stepped through the multi-colored, iridescent, electrically-charged membrane that spanned the confines of a lava tube, they entered a strange world that was inhabited by an ancient civilization, prehistoric animals, and evil Spanish conquistadors. There they met Maia, a prisoner who had escaped the clutches of the conquistadors. The foursome forged an immediate bond. Together they traipsed through primeval rain forest, forded raging rivers, plunged across a fetid swamp, and climbed over a tall mountain range, meeting strange and atavistic creatures along the way. Their goal was Teomotl: one of the last bastions against the murdering, pillaging conquistadors. Their purpose was to organize a resistance force to fight the would-be conquerors before they exterminated the population in their ruthless quest for treasure. But time was running out. The conquistadors had stolen a cache of modern weapons that would enable them to overpower the inhabitants of the besieged city. They were marching on Teomotl with armed reinforcements.
