Organic brake pads offer minimal break-in period so you can get on them hard, and they will perform at their peak after just a couple rides. They also give you solid modulation and consistent performance when used for relatively dry riding. Formula"s Sintered Metallic Pads are a better choice for heavier riders, folks using their bikes for freeride or DH, or riders in moist climates.
