Elliot proudly considers himself a "worm", but his obnoxious taunting of his four-year-old nephew leads to his downfall, both literally and figuratively, when he breaks his arms and must miss all of the summer"s great activities. Even worse, his best friend"s new neighbor is a girl with swimming and shortstop abilities that match Elliot"s, as well as great "worm" talents of her own.
