This 1980 album marked the first occasion on which Judy Collins had sole production credit for one of her LPs, and it was also notable for Judy s spot-on performances of two songs from Stephen Sondheim s Sweeney Todd (Judy was, of course, no stranger to Sondheim s work, having had a hit with "Send in the Clowns" in the mid- 1970s).
