This course prompts consideration of different types of meetings, shows how to set objectives and explains how to keep a meeting on course. It gives advice on all aspects from preparation to dealing with people to writing minutes. The course leader"s module contains two course videos, a course guide, suggested timetable and background information, hand-out masters, and full-colour OHP transparencies. One video features various case studies and the other video is a high quality drama using well-known actors. The videos are produced by Taylor Made Films.
