Dan Gordon is wrestling with his step brother, who is in another agency over a newly formed sub agency. There is no stopping Dan"s step brother, Kullinger, including murdering the President, from making trouble among the government employees and agencies. Kullinger doesn"t win and ends up fleeing the country, haunting Dan in overseas assignments. Corruption, deception, murder, and heartless motives are prevalent in this novel.
