Will, the main character finds himself like most of middle America looking for career and money to fulfill his destiny. He takes interest in a girl, Emily, who manages a local restaurant and also very involved in the church. To maintain his relationship, he too begins to attend but receives more than he expected on Sunday mornings. He receives insight into the error of his believes, and through this transition also marries Emily. Fast forward 2 years or so, and we find Will right where he started, becoming more and more consumed in work. Will and Emily have a child now and Will spends increasingly less time at home. What will it take to bring Will back to his family?
