It features the non-album track, "Hard Drive", which Ben wrote for Evan Dando"s 2003 album, Baby I"m Bored and a cover of the Talking Heads classic, "Life During Wartime", featuring Ian Ball of Gomez. Also included on the CD is the video for the album track, "Catch My Disease", which features Har Mar Superstar and was playlisted at Radio 2 earlier in the year.
