This supplement to the 2002 law school casebook includes recent developments in campaign-finance law, including detailed analysis of the three-judge court decision in the McCain-Feingold litigation, an analysis of the 2000 round of redistricting, with a focus on the policy and legal implications of the most aggressive round of gerrymandering in many decades.
