Making his debut on Lord Finesse"s debut album "Funky Technician", Andre the Giant was introduced to Showbiz, a deejay/producer looking for an emcee. Together, Showbiz & AG dropped their first EP "Party Groove/Soul Clap" in 1991, formally introducing the world to the Diggin" In The Crates crew. After selling a respectable number of copies on their own, the duo was signed to Payday Records as the label"s first group. The following year, they released their fulllength "Runaway Slave" to critical acclaim. Show & AG also released the subsequent albums "Goodfellas" (1995) on Payday and "Full Scale" (1998) on their own DITC Records label.
