In 1995 Veronese went on a trip to France in order to visit his mother whom he had not seen in four years. During a visit to the Pyrenees Mountains in France he recorded a cassette of Pyrenees inspiration songs and this led to the composition of his song The Sacred Valley. After three months in Bordeaux, he returned to Brazil and dedicated his time to composing. The result of this work was his first album edited in 2000 titled Interior. In November, 2006 Raphael relaunched it through the Lua Music record, which now has a new cover, Caminhos.
